Corporate partners

The support and help we receive from our corporate partners is  hugely important. We are proud to work with some of the most recognisable brands in the country, through to smaller companies and new start-ups who wish to place their charity activities right at the heart of their businesses. Whatever the difference in size between our partners, the one aspect that unites them all is a big heart and a keen desire to help us end childhood malnutrition in our generation. Please see the list below for a breakdown of our partners and their activities.

BaxterStorey

BaxterStorey, a leading contract caterer and part of the WSH Group, is partnering with Action Against Hunger by raising funds by selling bespoke cookies at their outlets around the UK as part of World Food Day.

Bibendum Wine

Bibendum, one of the UK’s leading independent wine wholesalers, selected Action Against Hunger as their charity partner in 2012. In addition to in-kind donations, Bibendum employees are raising funds through taking part in challenge events and volunteering with Action Against Hunger’s food related fundraising activities. 

Brindisa

Tapas kitchen Brindisa has supported Action Against Hunger in 2014 and 2015 with a social media campaign each January, donating £1 for every online sale. Brindisa have also generously donated prizes and delicious gifts for Action Against Hunger’s special charity events. 

Camino

Camino, the London-based authentic Spanish tapas restaurants and bars, has supported Action Against Hunger for many years by adding a 50p donation on their Chorizo dish.

Carluccio’s

Carluccio’s, the Italian restaurant chain, is a long-term partner of Action Against Hunger, having raised more than £1.2 million to date by donating 50p from each sale of the dish Penne Giardiniera. Carluccio’s staff have also raised funds by running marathons and cycling the length of the UK. 

CGA Peach

CGA Peach, publishers of the highly acclaimed Peach Report, have been a key media sponsor since 2011, supporting Action Against Hunger at their events and in their trade magazine.

Champagne Taittinger

Champagne Taittinger has supported Action Against Hunger for over a decade by donating champagne for the Fine Wine Auction and a number of the charity’s other high profile foodie events.  Champagne Taittinger is also a key supporter of the charity's flagship Love Food Give Food campaign.

Cheese Cellar

Cheese and gourmet foods food supplier, Cheese Cellar, support Action Against Hunger through employee fundraising and Gift in Kind donations for our gala dinners.

Cinnamon Culture 

Award-winning Indian restaurant Cinnamon Culture is supporting Action Against Hunger through sales of its luxurious Travancore lobster with rich Alleppey sauce and lemon ginger rice £1 from every dish sold goes towards the charity.

Cocofina

Coconut water and coconut product brand Cocofina supports Action Against Hunger with a cause related marketing campaign, donating 10p for each case of products sold in supermarkets and health stores around the world.

delicious.Magazine

Delicious Magazine has been supporting Action Against Hunger as a media sponsor since 2009, providing extensive coverage of the charity’s Love Food Give Food campaign through editorial features and promotion on the delicious magazine website. 

Domaine Du Grand Mayne 

A beautiful vineyard in south-west France producing award-winning red, white and rosé wines supports Action Against Hunger through gifts in kind at our charity special events.

Ed's Easy Diner

Ed’s Easy Diner, the retro-American diner chain, has selected Action Against Hunger as its Charity of the Year for 2014.  Ed’s has pledged to make a donation for eachsong played on its classic jukeboxes at its restaurants throughout the UK. Ed’s staff are also taking part in a range of exciting employee fundraising activities.

Harden’s

Harden's - the UK's most authoritative source of London and UK Restaurant Reviews, has been a long-time supporter of the charity's Love Food Give Food campaign. Harden's support the charity by providing coverage of the campaign and associated events.

Hawksmoor

Hawksmoor – described as one of the best places to eat out in London,have raised an impressive £375,000 by donating 50p from their dessert of the month, hosting a popular annual online raffle, hosting the popular Hawksmoor Dinner. Furthermore, all proceeds from their fantastic book ‘Hawksmoor at Home’ go to Action Against Hunger.

ICAP

ICAP, one of the world’s largest inter-dealer brokers, has selected Action AgainstHunger as a charity partner for its 2014 Charity Trading Day, when celebrities will hit the phones to sell shares to raise money for charity.

Jus-Rol 

Jus-Rol supported Action Against Hunger with a bespoke social media campaign during British Pie Week by donating £2 for each new twitter follower, to a maximum donation of £2,000.

L'Unico Caffé Musetti

L'Unico Caffé Musetti, Italy’s award-winning espresso coffee, has been a long-time sponsor and supporter of the Love Food Give Food campaign and provides in kind support for the Fine Wine Auction and other Action Against Hunger events throughout the year.

Palringo

Palringo is the world’s largest network of mobile gaming communities, connecting people around the world to chat and play. This year Palringo has chosen Action Against Hunger as one of its official partners for its annual charity campaign.

Paypal Giving Fund

Paypal Giving Fund, the charity arm of Ebay, is supporting Action Against Hunger by offering customers the opportunity to make a donation at checkout when they purchase goods through Ebay.

Pho

Pho, an authentic Vietnamese street food restaurant specialising in the national dish of Vietnam, with restaurants in London, Brighton & Leeds, are supporting Action Against Hunger with our Love Food Give Food campaign.

Ping Pong

Ping Pong, renowned for its authentic Dim Sum Chinese cuisine, has supported Action Against Hunger since 2012 with donations through the sale of Chinese New Year cocktails, delicious wantons and a 50p donation on items on its Festive Menu .

Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year Awards

The Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year Awards are a global celebration of the art of food photography. One of the categories, Food Sn-Apping, is for images of food taken on mobile phones.  For every image entered, £2 goes to Action Against Hunger.

Reynolds

Reynolds, one of the UK's leading fresh fruit and vegetable distributors and fresh produce suppliers to the catering industry, supports Action Against Hunger with Gift in Kind donations for our pop up restaurant at Taste of London.

Richoux Group plc

The Richoux Group PLC has hosted a 5-a-side football tournament since 2013,inviting employees and suppliers to form teamsand helping to raise funds for Action Against Hunger.

Shake Shack

Shake Shack raised £4,584.54 for Action Against Hunger in 2014 during their first Great British Shake Sale. Throughout the month of August, Shake Shack guests who donated £2 or more to Action Against Hunger received a card for a complimentary hand-spun Shake – valued at £5 – redeemable on their next visit. 

Taste Festivals

Action Against Hunger is the official charity partner of the UK Taste festivals, including Taste of London, Taste of Edinburgh and Taste of Christmas.  The partnership provides support through PR and marketing and Action Against Hunger’s exclusive pop-up restaurants at some of the Taste events.

Tenderstem®

Coregeo, the licensee for Tenderstem® broccoli and Pink Lady® apples, is supporting Action Against Hunger in 2014 as a key sponsor of the Love Food Give Food campaign. The company also provides in kind support for our foodie networking events.

The Collective 

The Collective has teamed up with dedicated charity supporter chef Anna Hansen to launch an epicurean Rhubarb, Vanilla & Lemongrass Limited Edition yoghurt to raise money for Action Against Hunger. The yoghurt will be sold in all major supermarkets in the UK from May 2015 for a limited time only, donating 5p from every sale to our international humanitarian work around the world. 

The Cool Chile Company 

Specialist Mexican cooking supplier, the Cool Chile Co. has supported Action Against Hunger since September 2014 by donating 1p from the sale of every freshly made tortillas sold. 

The Innocent Foundation

Between 2014 and 2015, the Innocent Foundation will fund a unique research study conducted by Action Against Hunger in Mali and Pakistan. The study will be used to press for global change, helping to reduce the number of children globally suffering from malnutrition.

The Real Greek 

The Mediterranean  restaurant  chain, The Real Greek  has supported Action Against Hunger since October 2014, donating 25 for each of its signature Greek Salads sold in their restaurant across the UK. In additional to the cause-related marketing campaign, The Real Greek staff participate in employee fundraising activities such as The Colour Run, June 2015.

unearthed®

unearthed®, food supplier of regionally produced foods sold exclusively in Waitrose, has been supporting Action Against Hunger since June 2010 by donating 1p from the sale of every item across its product range. The partnership has raised over £300,000 and is supporting an innovative food security and nutrition project in Mali.

SLOWLIFE Foundation 

In 2015 The SLOWLIFE Foundation will support a Community based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) programme in the Saptari District, Nepal. The Foundation’s grant will fund prevention, treatment and advocacy activities in Nepal to help train community health workers and strengthen the national health department to help end child hunger in Nepal.

Vanilla Bean

Vanilla Bean, recognised as one of London’s leading catering companies, support Action Against Hunger by supplying bespoke catering advice and services, and by donating auction prizes for Action Against Hunger’s fundraising dinners.

Velocity

Velocity, the leading mobile payment app is our 2015 Headline Sponsor and in addition will be supporting our work globally, including an exciting project in India.

Wenlock Spring

Mineral water supplier Wenlock Spring supports Action Against Hunger with Gift in Kind donations for our fundraising dinners and other events throughout the year.

Cartier

Renowned luxury jeweller Cartier supported Action Against Hunger in 2008 through making a donation from sales of their Love Bracelet, as part of their Love Campaign, supporting a range of children’s charities.

Foodies Festival

The nationwide food festival supported Action Against Hunger in the summer of 2014 by asking customers to make an optional donation of £1. The campaign raised £1,641 for our international humanitarian work to end child hunger.

Hogan Lovells

Staff at leading law firm Hogan Lovells selected Action Against Hunger as their Charity of the Year partner for 2013.  Managed from the UK, this was a global partnership involving Hogan Lovells' 44 offices worldwide, bringing together 5,000 lawyers and support staff to participate in shared activities.

Knight Frank

Leading estate agent and global property consultancy Knight Frank have supported Action Against Hunger through corporate donations in response to our emergency appeals.

Rossopomodoro

Rossopomodoro, the authentic ingredient-led pizza chain supported Action Against Hunger from September 2013 to March 2015, donating over £18,000 from sale of their delicious signature Verace pizza sold in their restaurant across the UK.
