Brookes

Brookes restaurant is part of the Oxford School of Hospitality management and is recognised as one of the leading restaurants within Oxfordshire. The restaurant is operated by a full time team of professional and dedicated staff who are passionate about food and service, and the development of our students. The restaurant has been designed to create a space that inspires a student's learning and development whilst working in a 'real life' setting. As a team we embrace the key culinary and ethical principle, that reflect concern for the environment, as well as a desire to support national, local and artisan produces which can be seen in our menus, focussing on the best of British seasonal ingredients.
