Too Many Critics London | Action Against Hunger

Too Many Critics London

Every year, a team of some of the UK’s top food critics and writers swap their pens for pans to cook a meal for some of London’s top chefs, restaurateurs and food industry professionals.

Ably led by Bill Knott (The FT’s How to Spend it) and Charles Campion (The London Evening Standard), in recent years the critics have tackled the kitchens of Hawksmoor Guildhall, Coq d’Argent and most recently L’Anima, preparing an Italian dinner for 120 guests under head chef Francesco Mazzei’s watchful eye!

This year the critics were put through their paces preparing a meal at Merchants Tavern under Michelin starred chef Angela Hartnett’s strict direction!

Now is the time to register your interest in 2016's Too Many Critics London.

Thanks to Action Against Hunger, I've seen first-hand how the money we raise in the UK transforms the lives of children who live thousands of miles away. We are all global citizens now, and it really is within our power to end child hunger in our lifetimes. I think future generations will hold us accountable if we don't grasp that chance.
Bill Knott, Food writer
